Applicants currently residing in mainland China must also provide a scanned copy of the currently valid visa page or residence permit page.

Transcripts of all courses of the applicant at learning stage. (A notarized Chinese or English translation must be attached to a text other than Chinese and English). Applicants who have obtained national/regional graduation examinations and other results should fill in and upload the original scanned copies in the system; if there is not, please submit the highest academic transcript in the system.
*7. A notarized academic certificate of high school
A notarized Chinese or English translation must be attached to a text other than Chinese and English, and fresh graduates must submit a pre-graduation certificate.
*8. Non-criminal record certificate (produced within last 5 months).
Tips:
For applicants who are in China: If you are an employee, you still need to provide employment separation certificate and your current residence permit. If you are a student, you need to provide transfer certificate, leaving certificate, certificate of attendance rate issued by previous school and your current residence permit. - Video
